Maintaining a class blog will allow me to give feedback to students based on what we are doing in class. Blogging can also serve as a means of summarizing lessons and units we have studied. I can also use my blog to share important information and reminders to my class. Parents would also have access to the blog and, thus, would have a way of keeping up with what their child is learning in their math class. Finally, my blog can serve as a model and inspiration for students to blog/journal to share their thoughts and perspective on learning in my class.
